How to Add a Thumbnail image in featured post

In custom fields, add new custom field and name it Image, specify the image URL in the value. Images are scaled accordingly so you won’t have to crop it accordingly

Contrary to the thumbnail in the featured post, the thumbnail in every posts are automatically resize. Basically it takes the first image it grabs on your posts and make it the thumbnail

   How do I get the sliding posts to work at the top? How do I get it to work!

   It requires no plugin to work, just add a new custom image filed and named it Images. The default Wordpress Category (Uncategorized) is the one pulled out to be in the slider post, so you can rename it to whatever name you like

   Okay, seems I have it working now! Thanks for the tip about the category being the one pulled…

   I have a couple other questions, if you don’t mind

   -How exactly would I edit the ads & properly link them? The long ad at the very top and the square ads? Is that something I can do easily in dashboard (after I create the images of course/or get them from sponsors) and I’m just missing it? (im a bit new to using WP)

   -Can the featured posts also show up in the list below the slider? I added additional categories and so far, they aren’t showing up also…
